You may have noticed that Microsoft rolled out an updated version of
Internet Explorer. A lot of customers called us with various issues
right after it came out. Some of the problems can be easily fixed by
learning a few things about the new version.

Where are My Favorites!?
You can now access your favorites by clicking on the star in the upper-left
hand corner, right below the back and forward buttons. The star with the + sign
attached gives you a menu for organizing your favorites.
However, if you prefer the old style drop-down menus you can still access all those just like before.
Click on the Tools Icon and click on the words “Menu Bar” and the original menu will appear.
Now you have the original File/Edit/View/Favorites menus just like before.
